Site blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a key labelling different sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further materials released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
